The Toigo Gala has long been a gathering of industry leaders and change-makers who gather annually to recognize the many individuals and organizations that are helping to drive change with respect to diversity and inclusion.
The evening presents an opportunity to showcase the talents of Toigo Alumni and to feature speakers who embrace the Foundation’s messaging around inclusion into memorable moments for the audience.

The event is the Foundation’s annual fundraiser to support more than 250 students pursuing finance as a career across 22 academic institutions and to advance the success of its Alumni into careers of increased responsibility and leadership impact. Financial support allows Toigo to advance its vision to scale to 2030 to include thoughtful growth, the creation of more dynamic leadership and industry education programming.

Industry Insights
Toigo’s Industry Insights forums are designed as a way for industry professionals to gather, listen and share ideas around topics central to the industry. The non-profit hosts these events across the country - each featuring in-depth dialogues.
The sessions attract a range of leaders within the industry, including allocators, investment managers, and others. Toigo’s goal is to encourage dialogue on issues that can be challenging—but necessary—to navigate around topics relating to diversity, equity and inclusion.
